Enchanted Bloom: flowers, workshops and local delivery

An online florist has to think about more than taking an order. Delivery postcodes, branch locations, preferred dates and gift messages all matter. Enchanted Bloom needed those decisions to work together at checkout, alongside a separate booking system for its workshops.

We created an online shop that brings those things together without making the buying process needlessly complicated. Customers can browse flowers and gifts, choose product options, add a personal message and select a preferred date. The checkout handles secure card payments, while the delivery process checks the postcode and works out which branch is closest. If a customer is outside the delivery area, collection is still an option.

Workshops have their own booking journey. People can see available dates, choose how many places they need and pay online. The system takes account of places being reserved during checkout, helping to avoid selling the same workshop space twice.

For the team at Enchanted Bloom, there is an area to look after the product catalogue, orders, workshops and bookings. It means the lovely part of the business can sit front and centre, while the more fiddly details are handled in the background.
