Spa Veloce: events and membership, all connected

A motoring event involves far more than getting everyone through the gate. There are tickets to issue, cars to approve for display, members to look after and enquiries to keep on top of. Spa Veloce needed a system that could handle all of that without losing the character of the club.

We developed custom booking and vehicle application journeys around the events themselves. Visitors can register for upcoming gatherings, while owners who want to display a car can apply through a separate process. Organisers can review applications, keep track of registrations and manage event information in one place.

Members have their own area too, complete with event registrations and a virtual garage for the cars they own. Alongside that sits a merchandise shop, with made to order products and an integration with Gelato for fulfilment.

The admin side covers ticket releases, vehicle decisions, member accounts, galleries and communications. It is a substantial amount of functionality, but the public site still needs to feel like Spa Veloce: a place for people who love exceptional cars, not a collection of forms.
